Years ago, Move it Elsewhere! started filling that
need for many families in the Bay Area. We established an Estate Consignment
Showroom in San Jose. This is a "downsizing" tool available to all families of
seniors. This service has proven so successful that we have helped hundreds of
families and have amassed a wealth of knowledge to help you.

When you or your parents are downsizing a senior household,
after all family members have claimed the possessions they want, call us to
evaluate the remaining items.* If these are saleable items, we
then become partners in our 14,000+ square foot Estate Consignment Showroom.
Our Showroom is open to the public once a month for a three-day Sale. The
Showroom has it all: rugs to jewelry, chandeliers to kitchen utensils, all
types of furniture, beds, bedroom furniture as well as original artwork.
Between these monthly sales, the showroom is restocked with new items from
senior moves.

Important : Be sure to talk to Suzanne before throwing away
items that you think are "junk!" They may not be.

Onsite Estate Sales
Occasionally, when a family or couple have so many items that they cannot be
transported easily to the Consignment Showroom, our Move it Elsewhere!
crew will conduct an Onsite, or In-Home, Estate Sale. We will clean your items,
price them, and display them tastefully in your own home. We then staff and
supervise a two-day sale. If items of value do not sell, we will consign them
to the showroom. If other leftover items need to be donated or transported to
the refuse center, we will take care of that for you as well. Any donation
receipts will be yours.
